I believe that pajaro was being polite. Offering to sell through PayPal Friends and Family and other payment methods without buyer's protection is generally frowned upon here and in the "other" forum.

In the past sales were successful and satisfactory with PayPal friends and family, as I always provide all details and items were true to the description. However if the buyer would like extra protection, it is always possible but PayPal friends and family offers a great solution with cheaper cost. I think either way is possible, depending on buyer’s preference. However thank you for the kind reminder!
