Esterbrook - Deluxe J Burgundy Flex (gold nib)- $150
This is a cool Esterbrook, because it’s very similar to a Parker 51. It’s a lever filler, but also features a metal slip cap. It’s got a very satisfying click when capping, almost reminiscent of the one the Lamy 2000 makes. The real treat on this one is the 14k super flex nib unit put together by willvintage. It is very soft, and very fun to use. I’m rating it as a D condition, only because the nib is not a standard unit you can buy for these. Otherwise the condition of the pen is a solid B+. It really doesn’t show any signs of use.
