The Sun-Times story shows the new mayor signing an executive order with a Montblanc fountain pen.

I think it looks like the same Montblanc pen in both images. :)

Lovely! Thank you for posting this. Looks like a 145 or 146 to my old eyes. The mayor unscrews the cap, so based on size of the fountain pen, I'm guessing one of those two. Can not see the section well enough when she recaps the pen to determine if it's a tapered 145 or a straight 146 section. Thank you again,BlkWhiteFilmPix.
