Greetings all,

I have 4 Visconti's available right now. All of them have been tested to ensure that none of the nibs were duds. Prices include CONUS shipping except the Chiantishire Limited Edition. That box is huge and heavy, so I'd prefer to at least split shipping costs. Please inquire for international shipping rates. Pens are not considered reserved until funds are received; I will update the list as pens are sold. I accept PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.

Despite what I should be doing, I'm also open to trades for a HS Midnight in Florence Limited Edition. What can i say? i have a huge weakness for all things purple.

Visconti Homo Sapiens Limited Edition Chiantishire with fine 23K palladium dreamtouch nib $525
#527/888
Pen has been filled and tested once to ensure that the nib doesn’t have one of those “Visconti problems.” There were no issues with flow or hard starts. Pen is in mint condition and has been stored in the box. I have pictures of every angle of the barrel. Mine has enough so tha you can see the color, but still sufficiently clear to look like a demonstrator. Includes the original limited edition box as well as a bottle of bordeaux ink, papers, and warranty card. MSRP $800

SOLD Visconti Opera Elements Water with 14K gold dual-tone medium nib $SOLD
With much reluctance, I’m selling one of my favorite pens that took me a while to acquire. I really wish that Visconti still made these gold nibs because they’re bouncy with a decent amount of line variation (although I wouldn’t consider them to be a flex nib). Cap features the same hook and latch mechanism as Homo Sapiens. It includes a long international standard cartridge converter (although note that it is a Laban converter, not the original threaded Visconti converter). Pen is used but there are no major scratches or cracks in the gorgeous acrylic finish. There may be some microscratches that aren’t noticeable to the naked eye. I don’t have the original box or papers.

Just curious: the writing sample for the Chiantishire (in Monteverde Amethyst) looks like it was actually written with the Dark Ages stub; that isn't really a Pd fine, is it? :p

That's the marking on the nib, although it was dip tested. it's one of the reasons why i post writing samples for all my Visconti's. The modern ones have too much variation. I can fill it again if absolutely necessary, but in my hands a dip test usually isn't all that different as long as I take care to remove the excess ink from the sides of the nib. That's definitely the Chiantishire though. So weird
