Pen started out as a medium-fine nib. I subsequently had John Mottishaw grind it to an extra fine cursive italic. It gives a downstroke width that is easily around 0.4mm along with an appreciable amount of line variation. It writes with some feedback but is not scratchy. The body is in excellent shape—no anomalies, just signs of light and careful use. Looking to pass this to someone who would use it more than I have.
