New Taccia Polar Lights with Broad Stub Nib

This is a brand new Taccia Polar Lights urushi and raden fountain pen. I discovered that it simply wasn’t the pen for me, so it has not been inked or even dipped. It is brand new, with the original box and papers. It is number 15 out of 50. It has a broad Sailor 14k nib that has been ground to a stub by Dan Smith.

Please note that the variations in color on the finial (see photo) and near the raden (see photo) is normal (I asked about this specifically, and all 50 pens have these variations).

Asking $1,125 which is less than what nibs.com and Chatterley are asking for this pen on sale, and this pen even has a special stub grind. This is also far less than what I paid Dan Smith for it. So, if you love this pen, this is a great deal. Includes priority mail insured shipping in CONUS only. No international shipping on a pen this expensive, sorry.
