Definitely user grade but still a nice pen with the more uncommon Nikargenta cap, which itself is actually in good, condition (no significant dents or scratches). Low serial # too. Nib is a relatively stiff, smooth semi-flex medium, tuned by Brad Torelli. Piston seal needs replacement, but the repair is under warranty with Brad. Unfortunately he recently had a major operation and is recovering for a few weeks...due to this uncertainty timeframe, I've deducted the standard cost of a piston seal replacement from the price. Overall, this is a great user pen and an opportunity to get an excellent user pen at a basement price.
