Two little nicks to captop, though with these pens it just adds character. In good working condition. Very faint 'ring' around bottom third of cap...not sure what it is. Piston working great, no staining to window, fine nib could use some tuning (was dropped and bend was corrected but further work may be needed. Comes with box.
