A while back, I asked for people's experiences with Pilot's WA nib. Specifically, I was curious about the width of the nib, as I had a hard time figuring out whether it was closest to a Pilot F or a M. I got a number of helpful responses, but having finally received the pen, I thought I'd post a scan of a comparison of my Pilot nibs. For what it's worth, my WA feels much closer to a typical Pilot F (and closest to a FM) than to a M, albeit much smoother than the F in my Decimo.

Very useful. Thanks! Excuse the ignorance but what's a WA?

It's a Waverly nib, one of Pilot's specialty nibs. The tip is upswept, the idea being (as far as I can tell) to create a bigger sweet spot. You can see more here: http://www.asahiyakami.co.jp/shop/pilot_custom743/pilot_custom743.htm
