Goulet Pens sells 14k gold Lamy nibs. EF nib is in stock, the fine is out of stock. You can see it under the accessories tab, extra nibs. Vanness has both sizes in stock but at a higher price than Goulet.

I've managed to buy a couple on Amazon, but the prices are quite variable. You need to find the one you want, add it to your cart, then save it for later, check regularly and wait for the price to change. :)
