English made Mabie Todd Swan S.F. 230 C black hard rubber fountain pen. The nib is an English made Swan 14k gold #2 broad, (or possibly double broad) oblique Italic. The tipping is excellent. The cap and barrel show very well with no deep scratches, gouges or cracks. There is some slight fading but the colour is still dark and not brown. The clip and bands are tight. The clip has some brassing on the ball. The lever functions and is complete without missing parts. All imprints are deep and clear. The pen has not been disassembled or cleaned and will need a new ink sac. Pen measures 5 1/2 inches capped.
