Medium tip on the WE's prettiest nib. 149 size.

Early example with the son's signature. Montblanc describes these as "a mistake that has made this version a rare collectors’ item." I'm not so sure about that.

Still stickered, unused condition. The have been taken out of their case and admired. Booklet and case are great (case hinges work), the outer box has some shelf wear, no tears.
Unmarked marbled barrel and dark brown cap (pictures make it look black). Intricate gold plated trim.

In answering a question I realized the serial number on the outer box is 28704 and the serial number on all three pens/pencil is 01006. So the price is reduced to $1700.
