Mont Blanc Christmas Present

Hi all - I'm kind of new at this so I hope this is an appropriate place for my question. I would like to get my wife a MB fountain pen for Christmas. She already has a MB149 and loves it. I'm thinking I can justify spending up to $800 but hopefully not $1000. We don't need jewels or lots of gold or sterling silver. She loves to write and is working on what I will call elaborate penmanship. Occasionally she dabbles in calligraphy. Is there a MB in my price range with a flex nib with which she could do calligraphy but also regular writing? And if yes, what is a good source? Amazon, Ebay, direct from Mont Blanc's web site?

You can consider Montblanc Meisterstück 149 Flex Nib Fountain Pen... it can be used for regular writing and Caligraphy.
