Ink cartridge help

Good day,

I have a MontBlanc 782 that was given to me. Love the pen. It very comfortable and great at work...Until now, the ink cartridge is empty or close to being. I can't seem to find any replacements. Does anyone know of a place that I can find an OE replacement or aftermarket. I don't want to shelve this pen. I use it every day.

Are you by any chance referring to a ballpoint pen refill rather than a fountain pen ink cartridge refill?
Montblanc fountain pens that take ink cartridges will accept International sized ink cartridges.
If you mean a ballpoint refill and it won't take the current ballpoint refill, then I don't know where you might get a vintage sized one.

Your profile doesn't indicate where you are, but Bert Oser of Bertram's Inkwell (https://www.bertramsinkwell.com) in Rockville, Maryland USA, has a wide selection of ballpoint refills. Bert has been able to deliver refills for my ballpoints from the 1950s. If he doesn't have it, he'll know where you can get it. https://www.bertramsinkwell.com

Note that Montblanc has in the past provided an insert as an adapter to use their modern refills in older pen barrels.
