I was looking through the artworks on this site and I thought i might share some of my stuffs :P
These were done a while ago and I dont have any recent stuff because high school is very time consumer and I have stopped drawing all together.
I think these were done with a uniball or a staedtler

The house drawing shows that you have a good eye for texture. Very nice!

The house is very well done; composition, depth with the tree in the foreground and it's overhanging branch and leaves, and what looks like reflections in the windows of the building on the left.
