Hi,

I am looking to sell my Montblanc 146 Le Grand 90th Anniversary Edition, which has a medium nib. It is in immaculate condition, it has only been inked once (with Montblanc Royal Blue ink). There are no signs of scratches nor are there any other signs of wear on the pen.

I have all of the paperwork including the receipt. For further context as to why I am selling an expensive pen of this manner, I initially bought it in November 2019 as a status symbol, which in hindsight I feel somewhat shameful over. Regardless, I eventually became intrigued with fountain pens, and as I was afraid of damaging my 146, I bought and started using a Pilot Metropolitan MR (the European edition) with a medium nib (which as we all know, is a Western fine nib). I have been using the Metropolitan for about two months now. Last week I mustered the courage to use my 146 for the first time, and to my despair, I found the nib to be too broad for my writing style. Furthermore, I now prefer the platinum trim, and therefore, the money recouped from this sale would go towards a 146 in platinum with a fine nib.

Hence, leading me to sell my pen. My proposed price is 600USD, however, this is negotiable. The shipping and PayPal costs are inclusive.

Here is a link showcasing the images I took of the pen a few days ago. On my previous thread I had some issues with my links, hopefully this link works optimally: https://imgur.com/gallery/hMXpopr

Looking forward to see your offers :)

Image title says "149"! So what is it really?

My bad, I seem to have written it wrongly on the image album. It is a 146 (as you can tell from the nib size). Hopefully this resolves any confusion that has arisen.
