Hi there.

The cap on my Murex no longer clicks to stay closed. Everything else is fine. Can someone suggest what I need to do to fix (or where I need to send? :))

Disclaimer: I don't know the Pilot Murex FP at all.
However, I read of a fix for a non clicking cap on the Pilot Myu. If your Murex has a metal internal clutch that is similar, then the same fix might work on the Murex as on the Myu.

Thankyou for this. I actually think the internal clutch is missing :(

That would certainly produce the effect that you mentioned.
