I’m selling a mint condition Pilot VP 18k black medium nib unit. It was only inked once. It comes with converter. It does not come with a cartridge cap. Not sure if VP still does. The nib will fit both the VP and decimo. Price is $46, shipped. US and PayPal only

It's a bit broader than a standard medium pilot VP nib. Of course, everything depends on one's writing style.
