Its a mont blanc gaius maecenus 4810 limited edition if you are interested haha

By the way, I thought 4810 is the height of Mont Blanc and it appears on the Montblanc nibs along with (usually) gold marking of purity of the gold in parts per thousand (e.g., 585, 750).

azkid is correct. The actual height of Montblanc is 4808 metres and that's the significance of the number 4810 on the nibs of Montblanc pens.
Numbered Limited Edition pens usually have their number out of the total number near to the tops of their caps.

I suggest you don't write with it if you intend to sell it.
