Based on Troublemaker's website, it is remaining as anonymous as it can, with only web-based messaging for contact and no information or location for itself. Avoiding trouble, perhaps?

They already had trouble meeting demands before the pandemic.... the only way is to noticed when available from Shigure inks and then wait... :)
