Me (entering an office-supply store): Good afternoon
Clerk: Can I help you sir?
Me: Sure, I need some ink.
Clerk: No problem, what is the brand and model of your printer sir?
Me (thought she was joking, so I play along): it's a Parker Sonnet.
Clerk (gets out the big book with inkjet printers and opens it on the P): Hm, does't seem to be listed sir, is it an import?
... Oh Well...

LOLOLOLOLING here. They do use a lot of ink because you can print double sided with it . . . :):thumbup:

At least the clerk was correct in surmising that the Parker Sonnet was an import . . . .

Parker Sonnet imported printer with a refillable cartridge..
Oh, it works with a converter too.. :P

It is an ink jet if you squeeze the cartridge hard enough.

Just out of town, we have a cute little shop that says: "Ink" on a sign. When we first went by it, I was excited, because I thought they sold fountain pens and ink. The next time we went by it, I saw that it had color photos of printer ink cartridges in the display window. I let out a sigh. I think many people associate ink with printers...
