Parker Vacumatic in striated golden brown. Recently professionally restored, this is the Speedline Major at ~5 1/4 inches capped. As the name implies, it has the aluminum “speedline” vacumatic filler. Double jewels are striated to match the pen barrel and cap, and are in excellent condition. Gold nib looks like it’s a medium or possibly a medium/fine. A very nice example of an iconic pen.
Sale includes Parker vacumatic matching pencil for the golden vacumatic. I don't have any lead that fits it, so I can't tell if it works or not.
