Editing signature?

How can I edit my signature? I choose edit profile and "about me" and I can change information like bio and interests, but I have no edit icon for the signature (or for the message me section which has Skype, but I'd prefer a different service if I can list it)...

Settings at the top then Edit signature on the left column.
