Hello,
I have for sale a vintage Pelikan 400 with what I could call a medium semi-flex stub; please see writing sample on Tomoe River paper with 7mm lined grid. It is in excellent condition with some brassing on the hardware but no major blemishes, and the clip is tight and cap well-fitted. The piston operates smoothly, as does the nib without any issues. This is a fun little pen!
