My Pilot Custom Urushi Vermillion fountain pen is my favorite pen. One thing, that I am aware of, that would make this picture better is better focus on the nib. My Nikon won't do that. I only recently learned my mirrorless Olympus will, but not if I'm relying on the light meter. I can totally shoot by eye and get a better manual shot. Still, this is a good image:
