I have a Parker 75 that my mom gave me, which has never written well.
Who does the board recommend I send the pen to for service/refurbishment?

Can you describe "never written well."
It is probably over 30 years old, and maybe all it needs is a GOOD cleaning.

I have a 75 and used it a LOT in college, great pen.

I agree with the cleaning. If that doesn't fix it new nibs are available.

Poor flow with most inks. Some skipping.
