Hi people, how are you all? I thought I would say hello and introduce myself. My account isn’t new, but it is unused. NOS in effect.
So, my backstory (if anyone cares, no pathos intended and apologies if boring) is, I wrote with fountain pens in my youth, forgot about them, rediscovered them and then fell for them in a big way during the first covid lockdown.
During this time, my job basically paid me to stay at home for 4 months, which was nice and afforded me free time. Hence the pens. On return to work, I discovered that carbonised copies and the need for permanent ink meant my fountain pens got sidelined, as did my free time…
Anyway, new job now, no carbon copies and working from home, so fountain pens are back on the agenda.
