I´ve had an happy day, yesterdayforum].:):)In my mind I think its the universe way of compensate me the fact that the day before I had a kidney stone come out in a painfully way:cry::cry:
The post man left in my mail box two new pens for my collection. Surprisingly they are in super shape and the 132 is even ready to write having the cork perfectly working. The 334 1/2 arrived without the nib, but I had a correct one at home and installed. Also, I've painted the engravings with a special golden wax I like. Still have to polish them a bit and take some minor scratches out and they will look almost as new.
All pens have now steel nibs from the WWII period, that I particularly enjoy and consider to par if not better than the gold ones. The ink windows are perfect, especially the 132 where the stripes are amazing!! Not asy to find a pen like this in this pristine condition.
I have a question for you guys about clip that is on the 334 1/2. I have seen this clip previously in other Mb's from the 3 tier line, but I am not sure if they are Montblanc ( I have another MB that arrived with this clip and I swapped it back then).
Can anyone confirm its a MB clip and if its correct to this pen, please?
Here are the pictures, hope you enjoy them. L->R MB 333 1/2 ( to compare clips), MB 334 1/2, MB 132
