WTB - vintage Pelikan

Branching out - I have several vintage Parkers, Sheaffers, Watermans, Wahls and others. But sadly, I have no vintage Pelikans. I would like to buy a good, working 400NN or 100N, either of which seem like the Pelikan "starter kit" vintage pens. Prefer medium line (or wider) but not thinner. PM me, or open up discussion if your think the 400NN and/or 100N are not the place to start. I always welcome input from the community. Thanks.

If a 140 might fill your requirements -- and it is almost the same pen as a 400-series -- then go and look at protopens.com, where you will find a green-stripe for sale, in immaculate condition, for $170 and having a very flexible, fine nib. The pen looks lovely and I have purchased from them several times, always most happily.
