I've had these bookmarked for a little while - linked from this page are free downloads of Michael Nobbs' "Start to Draw Your Life" and "75 Ways to Draw More".

You can print them into a little booklet for perusal offline, and contribute to flickr groups devoted to work from each book.

If you sometimes struggle for ideas, they're a good kickstart to the imagination, and can take you out of your drawing comfort zone (if that's the sort of thing you like to do :) ) * push you a little. Well worth a look.

Oh, these are muy cool! But I don't yet have a Drawing Comfort Zone from which I need extraction. Drawing is fun, but for me, always a challenge.

I would love to be able to do this. Even my stick figures don't look much like sticks! :(

A quick bump for this - if you're thinking of joining in the Daily Drawings, there's bags of inspiration here.

I can't draw, never been able to. Have downloaded both, might as well TRY, I do have fabulous tools after all. :)

Definitely!

Here's another idea;

Essentially, you just draw shapes, and layer them/repeat them - it's good fun, and you don't need fantastic representational skills to get something pretty nice.
