In case this exchange takes much longer than you think what I would do is check out Dutchpen's prices for the EF nib but maybe also look at other prices in case you can find one to buy locally.

Sometimes Amazon sells these nibs and their prices frequently go up and down. There could be a potential to buy a new EF nib then sell your B nib for almost the same price and that might mean you would get your EF nib quicker. :)
