Does anyone know where LEONARDO OFFICINA ITALIANA pens are sent for service for US customers? They have a lifetime warranty but sending the pen back to Italy will be a show stopper for me.

And yet, that is where they go. To the best of my knowledge, they haven't authorized any place in the US to do this work, probably because they are still a somewhat small operation. However, everyone that I have seen discussing having done this has been satisfied.
