Hi - I have a busted 18K Stipula Suprema nib (Piston filler model). Is anyone aware of a replacement nib unit that would fit a Suprema please?

Thanks in advance.

In case you're in the USA Stipula is one of the brands under the Yafa Brands (https://yafabrands.com) umbrella so they might be able to advise you how to get a replacement nib.

Its been >9 months since Yafa sent my pen to Stipula for repair.. and worst of all, they could not replace the nib unit! Been a poor experience to say the least.

I'm very sorry to hear about that. If Yafa can't replace the nib unit can Stipula in Italy? I remember I once emailed them for a converter and they sent me one for free but this was a long time ago.

Its been with Stipula for 9 months despite following up with the company directly. Not a good experience.

I'd better give up making suggestions then

There is an old FPN thread with the same question. Before the retailer got a nib the suggestion was to contact an Italian dealer to see if they could help-what could it hurt?

My saga ended in a compromise with Yafa and Stipula. The moral is, think several times before you send your Stipula pen to be repaired in their factory.

My pen was returned; mutilated and dismembered by its makers in Stipula. Instead of straightening the stub nib, the barrel was severed, piston smashed, grip section and feed not to be found. Yafa could not identify the pen based on the remnants sent back from Stipula. Sensing my disbelief, anger and disgust (repeated loop), Yafa decided to replace the pen. The pen was a gift from my dad - priceless. Thank you all for your kind suggestions.

In my limited experience with Stipula, waiting forever seems to be the way they roll. Sent my Etruria in for piston rebuild. I did get it back, but it had been so long I almost forgot about it.

I will add, Pilot on the other hand, was radically different. They fixed my Pilot 823 piston pronto and customer support was superb.
