Silver Vanishing Point M nib

I have a silver/chrome Pilot / Namiki Vanishing Point with a 14k gold (not rhodium plated) M nib (and can include Con-20 squeeze or Con-50 piston converter). The pen is in excellent / like-new condition and writes flawlessly. I have decided the M nib was just too fine for me and have replaced this pen with a gray & matte black VP with B nib.
