Hi all,
Just received this beautiful Delta Parthenope Brown Tortoise with Medium 18k nib..

After cleaning and feeling it with ink I've noticed that it dries out quickly. It is always dry after laying down capped and during writing..
Now, this pen is a gusher and it lays huge amount of ink (lines look even wider then Broad), but still it dries out..
So I decided to clean it up and store it until I'll have the chance to get it to a Nibmeister.. and then I've discovered that the tines of the nib are far of each other at the tipping..

Is that what caused the dryness? If it does how can I fix that? Or should I only sent it to a Nibmeister?
Thanx,
Ilan
