Hi all,

These pens have all been restored inside and out and are ready to fill with ink.

I received an e-mail this week from a guy who had purchased a couple
pens from me earlier in the week. He wrote, "I received both pens
today and they are gorgeous! They look even better in person than in
the pictures!" Some people are surprised by the appearance of the pens
they buy from me.
Unless I note it otherwise, the pens I sell have been very carefully
polished to make them look more like they did when they left the
factory that produced them. On plastic pens with different colors of
pearl in them it brings out the luster and reflectivity in plastics of
pens. I have been restoring pens for going on 28 years. I try to
adhere to methods I have developed that brings out the beauty of pens
and other writing instruments, while doing the least amount of damage
to gold filled parts, imprints, etc. and present practical, useable
writing instruments that have eye appeal. I try to restore them as if
they were going into my personal collection. My goal is the
satisfaction of my customers and getting what you expect and pay for
or better.

If you see one or more pens that you like, please reply to me at:

etcetera" at the bottom of this post.

4. 1947 Parker 51 in Cedar Blue with raised stacked coin Lustraloy
cap. This pen has a Vacumatic fill system. The cap has one little rub
mark on the middle of the side of the cap and it has some micro
scratches, from normal use, but it still retains most of its frosty
matte finish. The silver colored clip has some paint loss from the
blue diamond. I can repaint the diamond on request. The nib is a
smooth writing Fine 14K. The overall condition of the pen I would rate
as Excellent.

Price $175.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

5. ~SOLD~ 1940 Parker Duofold (DuoVac) in red and silver striped pearl. There
is no brassing on the gold filled trim and the Speedline filler is in
very nice condition. The clear barrel segments are very clear and close
to near mint, as is the pen overall. I included a close-up photo where
you can see a strip that looks through a couple of the clear barrel
segments. The pen has one of the wider bands that measures about 6 mm
and looks kind of like this |/|/|/|/| The barrel imprint is crisp with
raised edges. Capped the pen measures 5 1/8 inches or 13 cm. The
overall condition is Near Mint.

~SOLD~ 1 $165.00 shipping included in the U.S. Foreign shipping
see "Rules, Shipping, Etc." below.

6. c. 1930 Conklin "Symetrik" Endura in black and bronze. This is a
full standard size pen with a large 14K gold nib. There is no brassing
on the gold filled trim and the barrel imprint is sharp and deep. The
nib is a very smooth writing rigid Extra Fine 14K. This is a lever
fill pen. Capped the pen measures 5 1/4 inches. This may be the nicest
example of Symetrik that I have ever had.
