Hi,
I just recorded a review for the Maiko Green ink
http://youtu.be/ePISfzC4d5I
It is a very special ink indeed; dark enough for formal writing but also with a hint of orange gradient that makes it interesting enough for writing hundreds of pages this autumn...
Seems a bit dry , but I must admit that most of the inks seems dry with the Namiki Falcon and I havenīt experienced any railroading yet.
Definitely a ink that I would recommend.
Cheers

Thanks for the review. Beuatiful handwriting and a nice colored ink. That is a very informative way to show an ink's behavior. What paper were you using?
As a side note, that nib would drive me crazy. Not only the significant amount of scratch on the upstrokes, but I saw several skips and near skips. I think that your nib needs some attention.

Thanks for your comments.
The paper is Bristol board.
I think the nib is fine; Rushing and needle point nibs are never a good combination ;)

For some reason your attachments are not coming through. Did you use the insert image option? Would love to see these!
Cheers.

It reminds me of Private Reserve Avocado Green.
