This is a 1946 Parker “51” Double Jewel Blue Diamond Vacumatic fountain pen and mechanical pencil set in black with smooth 14 Karat gold caps. Of all the gold capped “51s,” the smooth caps are the most elegant and much less common than the more popular Empire State caps. But they are also delicate, any flaw shows up. The cap of the fountain has one scratch, otherwise the set is perfect and shows very little use. Essential for any serious “51” collection. Grab it now at a new amazingly low price!
