It looks like when someone uploads a photo the picture is not working. Been getting this error message across the forums when clicking attachments:

Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator

Let's test with this one:

6490

Edit: That's weird. It's supposed to show the image. But when I click on it, it at least is showing me the image.

Ok, so I found the difference. When I upload the image using the 'Quick Reply' box, it leaves a link and the words "Attachment XXXX" as shown in my post #4. In post #5 I clicked "Go Advanced" and uploaded the picture there. Don't know why that would make a difference though.

That's been my experience too. So every time I wish to upload an image, I would go 'advanced'.

Testing. But it shows a teeny thumbnail and not a link?

Ps: Okay...I see it shows full-size on posting. Thanks!

That chicken is clearly inebriated and headed for the floor. Is there anything more fowl than a drunk chicken?;)

I've also discovered that if you post your comment and the attachments don't work:
1. Click "Edit your Post".
2. Position the cursor where you'd meant the attachments to appear.
3. Scroll down below the edit window, and click the "Manage Attachments" button.
4. Drag the images you had meant to see into the "Attachments" bar as instructed, and click "Insert Inline" to insert them.
5. Delete the flawed attachments.

The new versions of the images can now be edited as usual with the image editor, too -- so you can scale them down when they're too big.
