You did a fine job. I was an Instructor in the Air Force and one of the things you had to do was be video taped when you did your practice lectures - then you had to watch it - that was the hard part - watching yourself - so don't watch your own videos... lol. Nerves get easier to control as you continue also - you presented the information and did a great job for the first video. :The "accent" is fine.

Just lose the helmet.
