I remember people using ballpoints as makeshift tracheotomy tubes in the tv series M*A*S*H and the Saw V film.
I would think a Bic Crystal ballpoint would do the job nicely, but I haven't run any tests.... :p

I would think this is the only use for a Skilcraft Gov't pen. Certainly is a stretch to call it a pen.
