I 've had some time on my hands the last two days. My daughter is away for a few days with the in-laws so I kept myself busy by making this. The material came from an old sarong that I never use. I have enough material to make a few more. I don't have a sewing machine so it is all hand sewn. Maybe after I have made a few more they will look better.
Now the only problem I have is I don't have enough pens.

Hi Nathan,

Nice job mate. Thanks for sharing! It must have been hard work without a sewing machine, but very rewarding by the looks of it. Cheers.

Ni Nathan,

That is a beautiful wrap. I have a similar one that my mother made for my watercolour brushes and that gives me an idea of getting one for the pens as well.

Makes me want to get my quilting needle out! There is something quite satisfying about hand sewing.

Nice colors!

I like it...handmade items are so much more sentimental.

I like to sew mine by machine (but you could do the same thing by hand).

Thanks for sharing, Nathan. At big enough for 14 pens, how big is it when all rolled up?

Because it is made from just one sheet of material it is not as bulky as you might think. In these photos I had loaded it up with some of my bulkier pens. The P51 is for size comparison.
