So, I got my year end goodie, a M205 Duo in yellow (the green one is coming!) :o I noticed while using it the pen suddenly gotten skippy. I didn't think too much about it, figured it just needed some more use (of course!). Well a bit later I looked at the barrel and noticed, there are puffy 'floaties' in the pen! So I looked at the ink in the bottle and noticed the same thing! Hoping it was just something that wasn't mixed well I shook the bottle and the bits went (as it appeared) into emulsion. The next day they had returned. I'm really fearing this stuff has mold in it. I've flushed the pen out with a nicely strongish mix of water and ammonia and it's aside drying as I type (Nice that Pelikan nibs are easily removed!). I'm seriously disappointed about the ink, this stuff is expensive 30ml is $16 US! 3oz of Noodler's Firefly is $12.50. I've contacted Pelikan my e-mail. Has anyone run into something like this? This is the first time I've ever thought twice about Pelikan ink!
