I was wondering if its safe to put fountain pen ink in drafting pens? I have a lot of Rotrings from school that I would like to fill up with colors other than black to make colorful architectural sketches with them. They were designed to be used with drafting ink, but fountain pen ink shouldn't present too much of a problem, should it?

Thanks!

I have two Inkographs, a Koh-I-Noor, and a couple of other drawing pens here, and I always put FP ink in them. It won't hurt them, but the problem for me is to find a nice opaque black.

I use mine to make blueprints and exploded drawings for my hobby, so I like the color choices too.
