I just noticed that no one posted this event here. It's been on FaceBook for a while.

Loren called this because he has a 'problem' requiring major surgery. As he put it, "Todd and I need to get together on a rather severe problem...others can come and watch..."

This afternoon, my Parker 51 (or IS IT?!) -- it's an Ariel Kullock Parker 51 -- underwent some minor cosmetic surgery, and then I put a little pressure on the nib this way and a little that way, and now it is in rotation. At last!

Ink: Noodler's Dark Matter.

I like pens.

I'm hoping for photos of the Pen Posse, pre- or post-op (or during).

I hope it's covered under the Affordable Pen Care Act (aka P'PosseCare).

I've been trying to make it to San Leandro for another, non-pen group... that meets quarterly on... January 12th. Maybe I can do both... sure want to and will try to be at Peters! First pen posse of the year... gotta try.

I may be able to make this one. Will there be blood?

There may be violet ink. The Feds won't allow us to guarantee that there will be blood.

It was determined that the patient was inoperable and was put on the organ donor list.
