Pelikan M400 brown tortoise

For sale Pelikan M400 brown tortoise. The pen is from 1990-1996, in good condition, normal signs of wear, no ding or major scratches. The nib is extra-fine springy flex 14k gold, I found that is scratchy for me. The pen is 12,7 cm caped, almost 15 posted, well balanced when is posted but too small for me. On the cap band is marked PELIKAN and GERMANY. In the last 2 pictures I've done a photo compare size with a Vacumatic Major, Sentinel, Pilot MR and English Duofold Senior.
