Hi Geeks,

As per subject, here is the "Brown" Parker Vacumatic aka. the "Golden Web". However, it was in a bad shape when it was found:

But thanks to jar's recommendation; Enter Danny Fudge www.thewritepen.net ...

Here it is against a neutral background, on the fading golden Australian sunset in sweltering summer:

Precisely my thought. I shake a playful fist at the Antipodes.

Pardon the delayed response and messy jot.

Thanks for the sample, Tony. The nib has some flex, doesn't it? Very nice.

Is it easy to handle this type of pens on our own or better to get it done from a professionals?

This particular type is a vacumatic. It really depends on your initial investment in the tools, two sizes of wrench $30 each plus sac and other parts. You'll need a lot of pens to break even with the initial cost. Then there's the operator skill level, willingness to learn etc.

Hi Tony,

Thank you for showing this beautiful pen to us. Another winner for your collection of fountain pens.

Kind regards,

Rui

That is a gorgeous pen. I have one, but not nearly as nice as yours. I think I'd have to say it's my favourite of all the Vacumatics, lovely as the others are.
