I just added a new sharing tool that can be found on the left at the top of each thread:

Just hover over the bar with your mouse and select the network you want to share to:

I am not sure how to hit instagram while using Talpatalk but if it is possible so I don't have to use my laptop plse let me know the tip.

You can only share to Instagram from their mobile app. They haven't opened their API for sharing to other apps.
