There is a small Caribbean airline that beats DELTA: It's acronym can do double duty.

LIAT: Leeward Islands Air Transport.
LIAT: Leave Island Any Time.
LIAT: Luggage In Any Terminal.

Literally every symptom you can possibly have is indicative of some form of cancer. Self-diagnosers must drive doctors crazy!
