I know, I know, it has a ballpoint but the M100 is my official storm trooper pen. I love the look with the black nib. The writing is smooth and even though it is a B nib it writes somewhat thin. I never thought I would ever say that. The line feels about what my 140 puts down and it is a F. I don't think I am going to touch the nib as far as grinding goes. I don't want to mess up the black finish. The acrylic is surprisingly nice. Rather thick and feels like it has some heft for an acrylic pen.

Very nice... I like the black on white look as well!

The first Pelikan I've seen with a black nib, I think. Unusual pen!

The pen looks really nice, but I found it a bit too light for my taste when I used one. And then I got a crack in the blind cap of the piston.

The nib performance was really good though, for the price.

 I hope this will last longer.

I do really like the look of the black nib. This one will be in use today with Waterman Florida Blue.

No, and probably won't have them with all that I have spent. Not to worry though, I have a Red Esterbrook J and a black Wality/Airmail Black Beauty.

Wow, that is a handsome pen set in an impressive box.
The black trim & nib really sets off the fountain pen, it does have a very pronounced ball too.

There is something very appealling about these white pens :big_boss: I may have to reconsider a white safari !

Congratulations on a nice penset and thanks for sharing photos of them.

Thanks Bogon. It looks like the barrel will not stain either. ;)

I forgot the writing sample. I was in a bit of a hurry and yes, I did take the "Hello" line variation test from sbrebrown. Seems like the easiest to do and it's fun. :D
